This policy explains what data IZYBIZ collects when you use the visibility diagnosis and the Izy software, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.

5. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to authorized IZYBIZ staff and to the technical providers who work on our behalf: hosting (Netlify), email delivery (Zoho Mail), audience measurement (Google Analytics, only if you have consented) and artificial intelligence model providers. This last category changes depending on the models used: the up-to-date list of providers concerned is available on request at contact.me@izybiz.fr. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by a data processing agreement. No data is sold, and your content is not used to train models.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers, notably Netlify and Google, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision — for providers based in the United States, certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details are available on request at contact.me@izybiz.fr.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw your consent. Write to contact.me@izybiz.fr: you will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
8. Cookies
This site sets two categories of cookies. Cookies strictly
necessary for its operation and for the security of your session
are set without consent, as the law does not require it. Google
Analytics audience-measurement cookies (_ga,
_ga_*, thirteen months) are only set after your
explicit consent, collected via the banner shown on your first
visit: until you accept, no measurement is performed.
You can change or withdraw this choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" button permanently available on the site. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
9. Security
Access is authenticated and logged, data is encrypted in transit, and permissions are limited to those who need them to carry out the mission.
10. Changes
This policy may evolve. In the event of a significant change, you will be notified by email or through a message in the software before it takes effect.
